Our house finally has a name

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

We finally fitted our new house sign today that we ordered a month or so ago. It’s taken Tim 7 years to even get a number outside the house but finally our house now has a number - and a name - something we decided on quite some time ago.

Later we were planning to go to the Oxfordshire Cheese Festival but as time was getting on we decided instead to go to Broadway. On the way we passed The Fosse Manor, near Stow-on-the-Wold, somewhere we’ve been meaning to go for some time. We weren’t sure whether we’d be in time for lnuch as it was 2:30 by this point but they welcomed us in. We had a lovely meal and excellent service. Afterwards we continued on to Broadway and had a wonder around the shops before coming home. Just as we arrived home Amanda & Andy, our wedding photographers arrived with our wedding album that they had taken for repair (they’d been doing a wedding fayre in town).
