Oh what a beautiful morning …

Saturday, March 31st, 2007
It was lovely weather this morning - bright and sunny - T shirt weather in fact - so we pottered into town - well Montpellier which is our prefered part of town! They seem to be putting railings up around Montpellier gardens - back to the good old pre-war regency Cheltenham, although they are green at the moment. We were looking for some picture frames but ended up having a good look around some galleries (as Tim has a new found appreciation of art!). We ventured into town and Sadaf dragged Tim into TK Max, a shop she, until a few months ago, would not go anywhere near! Later, Sadaf introduced Tim to The Range which is a fantastic shop with all sorts of things - craft, household, garden, pets etc at really good prices. The only downside was the extremely slow, albeit thorough, check out staff - and only two of them on out of 5 or 6 check-outs! We bought the cats a few new toys including another climbing toy, although so far they’ve been more interested in the box! Later on in the day Tim went to get his hair cut but got there just too late - don’t you just hate it when that happens!
